Bon appetit!
Dining at the farm is at your
private table by lantern light. We have craft beers,
homemade Kaboucha, menus that are either planned or
spontaneous at the chef's whim. We will
surprise you with delectable appetizers, salads, and
entrees that debut at the farm. Pasta with
home made marinara sauce, steaks, blackened chicken,
fresh caught trout smoked over hickory and oak,
grilled pablano peppers stuffed with sausage and
organic cheese...home made bread and desserts from
heaven...just a few of the slow food ideas that
inspire memories and conversations you will treasure
forever. Dinner, $99 per person, plus
tax and service fee. Open menu unless reserved
at least 7 days in advance. Reservations
required 48 hours ahead please, although ok to ask
if you forgot to call... Eat by the creek, torches
flaming, or indoors by the fire. We love
creating fine rustic dining in the Great Smokies!
Seven courses include an appetizer to share, home
made soup, fresh salad, a palate cleansing sorbet, entree as fresh and local as
we can find, mouthwatering desserts...then retiring
to your comfortable room for a night's sleep in the
mountains.. or an adventurous drive to one of our
private romance cabins 18 miles from the farm.
Our steaks are marinated and prepared over an
open flame, seafood grilled or blackened, our
vegetables always fresh and lightly steamed or
baked...each dinner is a delight served
under the stars in summer (weather permitting) by
torchlight. Bring your own favorite wines to pair
with each course, or ask our chef for suggestions. |
