Creekwalk Inn at Whisperwood Farm brings you back to nature in a rustic national park themed atmosphere. Each morning there is a breakfast celebration with farm-to-table and locally grown ingredients served outside by the creek (weather permitting) or our inside dining room. The log home has beautiful cathedral ceilings throughout, and the rooms each have a private bath, paddle fans, and cozy quilt topped bed. Guests can enjoy the 50 acre grounds and each receive a hiking map to explore the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains hiking trails.

Adirondack chairs scattered about the farm are welcome resting places for your adventures into the close-by nature. Our bed and breakfast is situated just 19 miles from Gatlinburg, Tennessee and 63 miles from the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC.

RULES AND NOTICES

No pets are allowed
NO unregistered guests or visitors will be allowed at Whisperwood Farm at any time. Please make arrangements to meet friends at some other location (such as a restaurant, attraction, etc.)
You may check in at Whisperwood Farm, 166 Middle Creek Road, Cosby, TN 37722, on the corner of Highway 321 and Middle Creek Road.
CHECK-IN TIME is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please text 423-454-3530 one hour prior to arrival so we can be watching for you! If you are planning to arrive later than 7 p.m., please call us for special arrangements. *Please note that the latest possible check in for reservations at the Main Lodge is 9 p.m. and requires special arrangement by the innkeeper. If you are arriving past 9 p.m., please make sure to book a Cabin Suite, the Whisperwood Cabin or one of our offsite adventure cabins that allow for self check-in at any hour.
CHECK-OUT is by 11 a.m. on your day of departure.

TERMS OF USE

Prices/Amenities are subject to change without notice.
All Reservations are subject to an 18% resort fee, based on value, charged at the time of booking.
Reservations during Holiday weeks, special event weeks and peak periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. The property, at its sole discretion, may waive a minimum stay requirement for an additional nightly fee.
For any stays using vouchers during a Holiday week, special event week or peak period time frame, there is a $100.00 per night up-charge for a 2 night or less stay, and a $50.00 per night up-charge for stays of 3 or more nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual reservations: A Restricted Gift Certificate will be issued if you are unable to use the dates you have reserved, and you release your dates to us at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled start of your reservation.
We are unable to give refunds for cancellations. Restricted Gift Certificates are for midweek stays, non-holiday weeks and non-special event weeks, and non-peak times and can only be applied to rack rates.
The months of July and October are excluded.
The purchase of additional nights may be required to use a Restricted Gift Certificate.
Restricted Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with package discounts, specials or combined with any other discounts.
A reservation using a Restricted Gift Certificate may not be booked more than 14 days before the start of that reservation.
There is a $49.00 fee for this.
For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, the Establishment may, at its sole discretion, issue a similar gift certificate for a fee of $99.00. All cancellations must be via email to stay@creekalkinn.com

CHANGE OF DATE

For a request to change the date of a stay, there is a charge of $49.00 for the first request and $99.00 for a second request, if such requests are granted.
All requests for date changes must be via email to stay@creekwalkinn.com
Group reservations: No refunds or Gift Certificates of any type are given for group reservation cancellations.
We reserve the right to substitute a lodging unit should circumstances require it.
